The State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI (University of Macau) (SKL-AMSV) and , State Key Laboratory of Terahertz and Millimeter Waves (City University of Hong Kong) (SKL-TMW) have hosted the 1st HK-Macau SKL Joint Workshop — Workshop on High-Frequency Devices and Semiconductor Technology online. 4 experts on high-frequency Devices and semiconductor technology gave presentations during the workshop, which attracted more than 60 audience members. The Workshop was also supported by IEEE Hong Kong Section AP/MTT Chapter and IEEE Macau Section CAS Chapter and SSCS Chapter.
The workshop had four sessions, including “Functional-Material Integrated High-Frequency Devices for Millimeter-wave and Terahertz Applications” by Prof. Hang Wong, Associate Professor and Deputy Director of SKL-TMW, “Power-Efficient Low-Phase-Noise MM-Wave VCO and Frequency Generator” by Prof. Jun Yin, Associate Professor of SKL-AMSV, “Silicon-Based Wideband-Harmonic-Shaping VCO” by Prof. Yong Chen, Associate Professor of SKL-AMSV, and “The Development of High-Power CMOS Terahertz Source for Imaging Application” by Dr. Liang Gao, Postdoc of SKL-TMW.
