In recognition of Dr. Chi-Seng Lam, an associate professor in the University of Macau’s State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI and Institute of Microelectronics exceptional contributions to the IEEE Access journal, the IEEE Access Editorial Board and Editorial Office just honored him as an IEEE Access Outstanding Associate Editor of 2021! The criteria for becoming an Outstanding Associate Editor are to be among the top 3% of all IEEE Access Associate Editors.
