Dr. Chan Chi Hang, from State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, visited Pui Ching Middle School Macau on September 27, 2016. He gave a thematic report entitled “Scientific and Technological Innovation – Breaking the Labels and Boundaries (From Self to Research)”. Dr. Chan shared that his interest was starting from middle school to university, and finally to made the decision to join the Department of Electrical Engineering. Stating the journey for carrying out the scientific innovation and research in State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI of University of Macau. In the report, Dr. Chan introduced the achievements and progress of the Department of Electrical Engineering and State Key Laboratory of the University of Macau. He also shared the prospects and opportunities of the future of Macau. As an alumnus and a native of Macau, Dr. Chan encouraged students to join the industry of scientific innovation.
