The Lecture is:
Nano-g Level High Precision MEMS Accelerometers and Applications
Abstract:
MEMS accelerometers have been widely used in consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, medical, defense and other fields. However, due to their low sensitivity, they are generally difficult to meet the needs of high-end applications. However, in recent years, with the breakthrough of related technologies, it is possible to apply them in geophysics and deep space exploration. The speaker will introduce the research progress of his team in Nano-g level high-performance MEMS accelerometers and genetic algorithm to improve the performance, focusing on the progress of MEMS seismometer and MEMS gravimeter, as well as the applications in Mars quake measurement, space microgravity measurement and Moonquake measurement.
