The Macao SAR Government held the 2024 Decorations, Medals and Certificates of Merit Awards Ceremony on 29 November 2024, where Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng presented the awards to individuals and entities in recognition of their achievements, outstanding contributions, or distinguished service.
Prof. Mak Pui In, director of the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, was awarded the Medal of Merit—Education.
About the Decorations, Medals and Certificates of Merit
The Macao SAR Government awards Decorations, Medals and Certificates of Merit to individuals or entities who have made outstanding contributions to the image and reputation of the Macao SAR, either within or outside the city, or who have made exceptional contributions in any field beneficial to the development of the Macao SAR.
