A team from the University of Macau (UM) State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI and Institute of Microelectronics (IME) recently presented its research findings at the Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC) 2025 of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) held in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. 11 papers as first author from UM were presented at this year’s conference.

 

In addition, one publication received the Best Regular Paper winner at the 2025 CICC Best Paper Competition (by Yuanfei Wang, , Yihan Zhang, Rui P. Martins, Mo Huang, titled “An SC-first Hybrid SCVR with 4xCF Continuously Scalable-Conversion Ratio SC Achieving 92.5% Peak Efficiency”).
